As Secure EDI Vice President of Operations, he leads the Sales and Development team in the growth and implementation of best practice strategies and innovative consumer driven healthcare administration solution.

Jose Angeles has an incredible passion for creating business solutions through the use of technology. In his 24 years in software business development and technology management, Jose has been an accomplished business leader.

Jose is co-founder and held the position of COO of Inmediata Corporation, gaining management experienced in healthcare. Inmediata is a third party value added intermediary in the processing, tracking, analysis and management of healthcare electronic transactions.

Prior to joining Secure EDI, Jose Angeles founded NegoRed Corporation in 1999, a company that builds interchange communications platforms for business partners with the objective of improving their information analysis capabilities.

In the early 1990’s, Angeles developed the distributorships in the Caribbean for Informix, Oracle and Microsoft. In 1994 he received recognition as Oracle Distributor of the Year Award for demonstrating outstanding performance and leadership in Sales and Marketing. He also partnered with Microsoft Caribbean and was presented with the Latin America Fusion 2000 Awards as MSCP of the year in 2000 for his successful implementation of support center.

Angeles graduated in 1984 obtaining a Business Administration degree from the Pedro Henriquez Urena, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
